Weekly Menu Plan
Monday - Roasted chicken breasts and legs using a McCormick Bag and Season packet, green beans, baked potatoes
Tuesday - Slow Cooker Cheesy Potato Soup - I made this very easy soup two weeks ago and it was a HUGE hit with my entire family! I substituted half and half for the milk and had no problems at all with the soup thickening up.
Wednesday - Pot roast with potatoes, carrots, and onions in the crock-pot
Thursday - Chicken Tetrazzini
Friday - Broccoli-cheese casserole
Saturday - Out-to-eat for a late breakfast/early lunch after a morning swim meet
Sunday - Out-to-eat after a morning swim meet
